This is a practical and fun monthly course that will involve spiritual practices as well as practical exercises to switch on, strengthen and maintain your spiritual muscles. You will learn how to ground, open, clear and protect your energy for energetic wellness. You will determine your primary psychic sense and will cultivate your secondary sensibilities. You will establish a connection and build a relationship with your spirit guides.
