For a year I have risen at dawn and walked to the ocean where I have recorded meditations to be shared across social media in the hopes that others would join me, and together, we’d change the world. Not through the heavy lifting of creation but through the subtle magick of quantum entanglement, intentions, and words of love.

On September 19th, the thirteenth anniversary of the day that my son was born, I was given the words, “a year of sun salutations and co-creation” which autocorrected to “xo creation”. I was told to hold space for a community that would come together on the 11/11 Portal to co-create a Higher Light Degree and HLDs as individuals, to be spoken as we wind down the liminal space of 2023, before we arrive in 2024.

2023 has been 365 days outside of time and space— a disruption to linear time. The invitation of the year has been for us to embark on personal journeys of self-mastery. It has been a hard and heavy year; so challenging that many of you may have already forgotten the weight.

For myself it has been a year in which I have met parts of myself that I never knew— raw layers of deep trauma and triumphant heights of consciousness and soul illuminations. I have learned more in this year than all my lifetimes. And now is the time to start to move out of liminal space; seeding the ether and molding the plasma so that pure reality emerges from the Astral Realm, rooting in 2024.

We are being asked to step into our divinity, amplifying Love and Light so that the polarities of our world may finally dissolve. We are being asked to cultivate daily practices of self care, cultivating self love. We are asked to heal our bodies, to bring consciousness to our thoughts, to restore joy to our lives, and to co-create community. In community, we are asked to gather on the sabbats, numerological portal dates, new moons, full moons, and all astrologically significance dates. We have been asked to gather as Evolutionary Light Warriors on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. We have been invited to access the breath for personal healing. We have been asked to purify our bodies, minds, and spirits. We have been asked to rest, to practice gratitude, and to dream. We have been asked to be the Cause that Effects humanity.

This is not a class. This is a mission. This is why you incarnated on Earth in the timeline of this body. This is your purpose. YOU are needed now.

This invitation can be accepted within the terms of your own time and space, as everything will be recorded. You will be invited to join live but you do not need to commit to being in attendance. There is no reason not to accept this invitation for deep spiritual exploration, enriching self-care, expanded consciousness, joyous community connection, and powerful—timeline shifting concretion. Together we will weave strands of love, entangling the Collective in the quantum realms so that we all rise. Together we will change the world; effecting great change gently, lovingly, like effect of the flight of the butterfly.

As the justice-oriented sign of the scales, Libra may not be a fan of drama. But this year’s Libra season comes with a particularly dramatic lunation: The new moon arrives on October 14 at 1:55 p.m. EDT as an annular solar eclipse, meaning that it’s in nearly a straight line between the sun and the Earth.

This energy can shake things up in the Libran realm of one-on-one relationships. New partnerships and collaborations may be formed under these moonbeams, and established connections are up for revision. The Nahuatl word for hallucinogenic mushrooms - teonanácatl - translates to “flesh of the gods,” while their word for cacao - cacáhuatl - means “food of the gods.”

In response to the destruction of sacred sites across the globe, Gaia calls to us, inviting us to come together as the family of Mother Earth. As family, we will work with the angels of the horizontal and vertical planes on the 9|9 Portal to activate an energy vortex on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

All who are called to participate in this activation ceremony are asked to bring a natural organic offering, to be left at the site. With these offerings we will mark the four directions and build an altar.

Once you arrive at the rock, continue straight back to a second clearing of rock formations (pictured below). Attendees and their offerings will be smudged. If your offering is a direction marker, please place it appropriately.

Starting promptly at 9 am we will call in the angels, then present our offerings before opening an ascension vortex. Plan on meditating for about an hour. Please bring water and something to sit on if needed.

Beltane, originally an Irish-Celtic holiday, represents the peak of Spring and celebrates the coming of Summer and the fertility of the forthcoming year. It is the halfway point between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice. This Solar Eclipse is the first in a set of seven along the Aries-Libra axis from April 2023 to March 2025. It’s the initial step in a process that alerts us to how we’re managing our relationships, dependencies, and personal independence or agency. A Solar Eclipse in Aries prompts us to start fresh with initiative, personal plans, enterprise, independence, and physical health.

In this meditation we will work with the energies of the moon cycle, the cosmos, and the eclipse.

This month we will be tackling Big Tech and AI, as infrastructures to the Technology timeline of the Mundane world (rather than the Organic timeline of the Sacred world). The guidance is to channel information to create a "Meta Morphosis" so that technological advancements can evolve to honoring the Highest Good of All Sentient Beings on the planet.

This is not your typical yogic pranayama, nice and easy breathing. This is conscious circular breathwork and it is exactly that: WORK. It’s PHYSICAL WORK in the way that you are breathing from an open mouth continuously for 30- 45 minutes; it’s challenging and at times uncomfortable…. 2023 marks the midway point of the ascension timeline, culminating in a new Golden Age, the Golden Age of Aquarius in 2032. The Spring (or Vernal) Equinox represents the moment of balance between Night and Day; heralding the return of the Sun. It is a time of rebirth and renewal, as the Sun steadily builds its power with each passing day of Spring. It is also the date of the Pagan sabbat known as Ostara.

The Spring Equinox sabbat has been known as Ostara since 1974, when the American Witch, Aidan Kelly, settled upon the name when designing the Wheel of the Year. Ostara (or Eostre) is the name of Germanic fertility goddess, who was first written about by English Historian Bede in the eighth century. In Germany, the folklorist Jacob Grimm (1785-1863) took the influence of Easter to reconstruct the goddess Ostara, who is associated with the symbols of Easter and Spring.

Ostara and the Equinox also mark the beginning of the astrological new year, which begins when the Sun enters Aries, the first sign of the Zodiac. From this moment, the Sun starts its journey through the star systems of the twelve Zodiac signs. Whether looking through the lens of Religion, Spirituality, Astrology or Science, the Vernal Equinox is a time of new beginnings.

Since 2017 geologists have been observed that twenty-four hours before equinoxes and solstices the Earth emanates a frequency, observable through ley lines and sacred sites; bringing the entirety of the Earth in harmonic resonance. This period of harmonic resonance has been expanding exponentially with each quarterly event. It is estimated that by December 2024 the entire planet will be in harmony 365 days a year.

Solstices and Equinoxes are powerful times of the year that invites us to connect with the flow of the cosmos and with Earth.  As we get in synch with Nature, we come back to our own true nature; connecting the mind, body, and spirit. Through ceremonial practices, inspired by shamanism and the ancient practices of the Celts, Druids, Wiccans, and Pagans, we will come together as a community to honor the cycles and seasons of the Earth.

Over the month of November members of my community of family, friends, and clients have experienced unprecedented loss. There were many sudden deaths, in addition to deaths that had been anticipated (and even predicted). The weight of grief has been soul crushing, in part because our society rarely discusses or prepares for the transition of the soul from the body.
