Kristin Bredimus is a Spiritual Consultant, who links with the energies of the Universe to clearly communicate messages of love, healing, and guidance. Her style is down-to-earth and heart-felt. The insights she shares are from her client’s own guides, guardians, and loved ones.

Coming out of a globally shared trauma experience from the COVID-19 pandemic, Kristin invites the community to come together at Alnoba and harness the energy of the earth and cosmos to release that build up of stress and come back into our natural state of being. Combining methods such as meditation, ritual, and ceremony, guests will learn new tools that they can apply in their everyday lives and help us heal as a community. This event is for anyone and is the most natural way of finding inner peace through wellness and spiritual healing.
