Terms & Conditions

1. Private Sessions

Private sessions may be booked online and paid in advance, or payment may be made upon completion of the session, as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Private sessions are individually tailored and may include spiritual consulting, intuitive guidance, energy practices, meditation, divination, or other modalities described on the website.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a private session in order to avoid being charged for the session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or “no-shows,” are subject to the full session fee.

Kristin Bredimus reserves the right to waive a cancellation fee at her discretion in exceptional circumstances.

2. Workshops, Courses & Events

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to reserve a place in a workshop, course, lecture, retreat, or other group event.

Places are limited, and participants are encouraged to register as early as possible.

Cancellation by Kristin:
If Kristin Bredimus cancels a consultation, workshop, course, event, or other scheduled activity, all fees paid directly for that offering will be refunded in full.

Kristin Bredimus reserves the right, when circumstances require, to modify the format, schedule, structure, content, facilitator, or location, or to defer or reschedule an offering. Where a material change or rescheduling occurs, reasonable notice will be provided.

Minimum Enrollment:
Certain courses and workshops require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum enrollment is not reached, Kristin Bredimus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the offering. Participants will receive a full refund of fees paid directly for the canceled offering.

Refunds:
Unless otherwise expressly stated, refunds are not available once a course, workshop, or event has commenced. Fees are not refundable for missed classes or sessions. Refunds are not available for retreats.

3. Participation & Personal Responsibility

Private sessions, courses, workshops, lectures, demonstrations, retreats, and other offerings are intended for spiritual, educational, experiential, and personal-development purposes.

Participation is voluntary. Each participant is responsible for making their own decisions regarding their participation and for taking appropriate care of their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being before, during, and after any session or event.

By participating, you acknowledge that spiritual and experiential practices may affect individuals differently and that no particular outcome or result is guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kristin Bredimus, Kristin Bredimus Spiritual Consultancy, and Melusina LLC are not responsible for outcomes arising from a participant's voluntary participation in these services.

4. Health & Well-Being

Kristin Bredimus is not a medical doctor, licensed psychotherapist, or other licensed healthcare provider. Her services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychological conditions and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.

Participants should seek appropriate medical or mental-health care when needed and should not discontinue or alter prescribed treatment based on information received through these services.

If you have a condition or circumstance that may affect your ability to safely participate in an activity, please discuss this with Kristin in advance. This may include pregnancy, significant medical conditions, or medications that could affect participation.

For the safety and well-being of all participants, attendance while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs is not permitted. Kristin reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation when she reasonably believes that a person is impaired or that participation may present a safety concern.

5. Right to Decline or End Participation

Kristin Bredimus reserves the right to decline a private session or ask a participant to leave a class, workshop, lecture, demonstration, retreat, or other event when, in her reasonable judgment, their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with maintaining a respectful environment.

In such circumstances, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment

Payment may be made through the payment methods offered at the time of booking, including credit and debit cards via PayPal and Venmo, where available.

7. Acknowledgment

By booking a private session or registering for a course, workshop, event, or other offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and understand the nature and intended purpose of the services being provided.
