Intuition is a critical part of how we interact with others, with our environment, how we make decisions. Intuition is an integral part of our psyche. It’s that gut feeling, that hunch.
BUT HOW OFTEN DO WE TAKE NOTICE OF IT?
This interactive series will give you pointers and practice to use your intuition in your everyday life so that you can navigate through situations and decision-making, dealing with people on a win-win basis. Over the course of 4 weeks, participants will learn how to involve energetic best practices as well as explore creative exercises to switch on, strengthen and maintain their intuitive muscles.
Learn how to ground, open, clear and protect your energy for optimal wellness.
Learn how to tune in to your inner guidance, moving out of self-doubt, fear, anxiety and disempowerment.
Each session will include energy maintenance through meditation, intuition building exercises as well as pair work to help strength and validate participant’s knowing.

This series will run during the Four (4) Mondays in February from 8-9:30 pm ET, 7-8:30 pm CT, 6-7:30 pm MT, 5-6:30 pm PT and will be conducted virtually via Zoom.us. The virtual classroom link will be emailed in advance of class.
