Each week we will concentrate on an energy center within the body that holds clues and keys to our empowerment and sense of self:
3/2 The Earth Star and Root Chakra Connection: The Earth Star is a “Higher Consciousness” or “subpersonal” energy center that connects the chakras with the etheric body and the Earth. By activating this center, we are able to fully ground the Root Chakra, the center of grounding, family and survival.
3/9 Solar Plexus: “Radiate your power in the world,” could say the solar plexus chakra. Characterized by the expression of will, personal power, and mental abilities, the energy of the third chakra or Manipura in Sanskrit is mobilized when we assert ourselves in the world.
3/16 Dantien: It is the source of energy that builds the physical body and allows us to develop and use Qi and Shen. It is our personal energy store, the focus of our power, intuition and creativity.
3/23 Hara: Known as “the authentic self” and “the Sea of Qi”, it is the etheric Universe, contain within our abdomen. This energy center must be purified of toxicities— physical, mental, emotional and energetic— in order to connect one with their “true self” and “the God within”.
