On Sunday, October 30th my 12-year-old-son, Brevan, and I will be co-hosting an event in Kensington, New Hampshire at Alnoba in Kensington, New Hampshire. This will be a soul nurturing, spirituality-inspiring, love-fest. The day begins with a brief opening ceremony, followed by an outdoor art-stroll to learn about the amazing sculpture collection of the Lewis Family, culminating with a sound bath offered by Ellen Petersen. We’ll warm inside with hot drinks before making Slavic healing dolls with Angela Sokolova. Hearty meat and vegetarian soups, breads and sweet treats will be served for lunch, followed by Mindful Imagination Time, a meditation lead by my son and I. We’ll end the day with a mandala closing ceremony lead by Angela.  

My kind and generous friend, Charlotte Lewis, is covering the majority of the day’s expenses and all practitioners’ are donating their time. There will be an affordable cost to attend, as the energy exchange will be given and shared between Angela’s family, who are Ukrainian refugees in Russia, and with Sara, who is in need of a miracle.
