Transformational Breathwork Journey with Caitlyn Burkhardt

  • Backyard 60 Nason Rd Swampscott, MA, 01970 USA (map)

Have you been feeling stuck in a life rut? Tired of feeling anxious and depressed and drained all the time? Suffer from imposter syndrome? Despite feeling lost and confused, have you also felt that life is supposed to be BETTER?!

If you're ready to find your way back to the real happy you and cut out all of the negative bullshit from your life then join me for a transformational Breathwork class!

This is SOUL WORK: Buried traumas, forgotten memories, repressed emotions all come out from the depths of your subconscious while simply just breathing to a guided playlist.
This is MENTAL WORK: Your ego can be a straight up hater sometimes and is your biggest critic; “ I’m not good/attractive/smart/successful enough” are its classic hits. During BW, you are able to tell the brain and ego to STFU, so you may listen to your higher authentic self and break free of thoughts and patterns that no longer serve you.

What to bring:
A yoga mat, bottle of water, blanket, journal (optional)
25.00 per person Venmo: @Caitlyn-Burkhardt

More on Caitlyn Burkhardt of Bodacity Sport & Soul:

My path to fitness and mobility.

I was active in soccer and dance throughout my youth, but still struggled with body image issues. By high school I had a full blown eating disorder, anxiety, and depression; resulting in the State placing me in different foster homes to give me more therapeutic supervision. Somehow I graduated highschool on time but had no clue what to do as a brand new adult.

In my 20’s I was 25 lbs overweight from poor nutrition and lifestyle choices, which triggered my body image challenges. That’s when I discovered the healing power of Fitness. My best friend bought me a book on strength training. I followed the three3 month program, which included dietary guidelines; not only did I lose 20 lbs, I was muscular and STRONG. For the first time in my life, I LOVED MY BODY, and was also learning how to love myself. In 2020 I became a fully certified Functional Mobility Specialist through Functional Range Systems, which gave me a new lens at which to view human movement and the tools to create bullet proof joints. You can’t have strength without healthy joints, after all.
