For over the past two years we have been afraid to breath. We have been made to mask and often felt overwhelmed with the threat of disease or the fear of infecting others. Now it’s time to BREATH. Our bodies have been deprived of H20, impacting CO2 levels which in turn, informs our mitochondria. It’s time to regain a state of homeostasis.
