There’s a movement amongst Light Workers to gather, as a community, every Friday at 3 pm and meditate. When we come together and meditate, we alter the Collective Conscious, raising it out of darkness into the light.

Join Spiritual Counsellor, Kristin Bredimus, Sound Practitioner, Eileen O’Brien, and special guests each Friday at 3 pm EST for an hour of positive vibes. Combining guided meditation, crystal singing bowls and toning, we will leverage high vibrational frequencies and regain our center.
