When: This circle meets bi-weekly on Monday evenings from 6:30-8:00 pm.

In this Crystal Bowl Meditation and Energy Circle, you will experience the hypnotic sounds and healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, Himalayan bowls, tuning forks, and/or other instruments to assist you with moving beyond the busy chatter of your mind to the cultivation of inner peace, healing, thoughtful awareness and expanded consciousness

During each circle, we will engage in a seated crystal bowl meditation, share experiences and explore energy practices as powerful tools for self-care and development. Together, we will support the learning, growth, and healing (sense of wholeness, unity) of each individual and the group as a collective. 

To ensure your seat, register in advance as space is limited. Walk-ins welcome as long as space is available.
